Canned Pineapple Grades and Standards

Grades of Canned Pineapple 

1. U.S. Grades A is the quality of canned pineapple that meets the applicable requirements of Tables IV and VII.
2. U.S. Grade B is the quality of canned pineapple that meets the applicable requirements of Tables IV and VII.
3. U.S. Grade C is the quality of canned pineapple that meets the applicable requirements of Tables IV and VII..
4. Substandard is the quality of canned pineapple that fails to meet the requirements for U.S. Grade B or U.S. Grade C, as applicable for the style.
